Kindergarten Art Activities
Dear Kindergarten,
I miss you all and hope you are all doing well! In art this week we will be going
on a scavenger hunt! A scavenger hunt is where you look for items all around you.
Our theme for this scavenger hunt is to be looking for colors that are all around us.
Art is always around us and we colors everywhere in our daily lives. Share in this
special scavenger hunt with another member of your family!

Materials Needed:
★ Paper with your own colors or Color scavenger hunt paper link:

★ Bag to put items in
★ Camera to document items found (Optional)
Directions:
1. Make up your own by using markers, crayons or colored pencils to make
squares of different colors on a piece of paper. You could also print the color
scavenger hunt paper to use for your search for colors, from the link above.
2. Search high and low all around your house, in your room, and even outside
with parent permission for items that match the colors on the paper.
3. Place your treasures in your bag to show off after you are done.
4. When you have finished you can show and tell about the items that you have
found in your search for colors.
5. You can share pictures with me of what you have found by email.
