Conflict Resolution Policy
The Mifflinburg Area School District appreciates all of the positive support that the community has given and continues to give to our extra-curricular programs. We are very proud of our student-athletes and their participation, hard work and accomplishments; however, we are more proud of their academics and sportsmanship.
Most often, if there is a parental concern, it is one regarding playing time; however, many times the student-athlete is satisfied with his/her role on the team. We ask parents to communicate with their son/daughter and listen specifically to his/her thoughts. As an administration, we feel strongly that playing time is the decision of the coach. The coach is the individual that watches the athletes daily in practice; examining their skills, work ethic, hustle and handling of pressure.
