Attention FALL 2026 Athletes/Marching Band Members/Parents: We will hold our annual Parent/Player/Coach Meeting for Fall Sports and Marching Band Members in the High School gym on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 7:30pm*  This is an UPDATED START TIME - this meeting will now start at 7:30pm due to conflicting events, to discuss practice/game schedules, team rules, and participation guidelines/expectations.

FREE PHYSICALS:  Physicals for FALL 2026 Sports will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 AND Thursday, July 23, 2026 from 3:00 - 7:00pm in the high school auditorium lobby.

Anyone that does not get a free sports physical during that time can visit their family doctor or Urgent Care at the expense of the family. Physicals MUST be dated May 1, 2026 or later for the 2026 - 2027 school year.

PIAA Paperwork is available for student athletes to pick up in the High School Athletic Department Office and in the Middle School office. This specific PIAA paperwork must be completed and taken to your PCP for completion. The paperwork can also be accessed under the Quick Eligibility Downloads section below.

Quick Eligibility Downloads:

To participate in Mifflinburg Athletics for your first sport of each school year, please complete both of the following packets: 

  1. Register by visiting www.mifflinburg.org, go to the "Athletics" tab, choose Sports Registration Page and click the blue Register Now button. For the 2026 - 2027 school year, use the account you created last year. New families will need to create an account. Please write down your username and password for future reference. You may email Mrs. Danielle Dressler at miffad@mifflinburg.org if you need assistance.
  2. Complete and submit the PIAA CIPPE form (link above).  Sections 1 through 5 must be completed and signed by the parent and athlete, while Section 6 must be completed by a physician. 
  3. Complete the required HIPAA packet for our Geisinger trainer (link above).
  4. Pay the $30 activity fee.  Cash or Check payable to "Mifflinburg Athletics" or paid through the district's EZPay system.


When the student-athlete then enrolls for any subsequent sports in the same school year, he/she must:

  1. Register by visiting www.mifflinburg.org, go to the "Athletics" tab, choose Sports Registration Page and click the blue Register Now button.
  2. Complete and submit Sections 7 and 8 of the PIAA CIPPE form (Recertification Form).
