A graduate of Mifflinburg Area High School (1992), Danielle takes great pride in the district's athletic programs.  In high school, she participated in field hockey, basketball, track and softball.  After graduation, she attended Lock Haven University where she majored in Secondary Education Social Studies, graduating in 1996.  Danielle spent 25 years in the classroom at Mifflinburg teaching all areas of the social studies curriculum, including Economics, American Cultures, and AP US History.  Danielle became the Athletic Director in 2022, after the retirement of Eldon Hoy. Danielle also serves as the Director of Student Services which encompasses many areas of services provided by the school district, including transportation. 

After returning to Mifflinburg, Danielle coached JV and JH girls' basketball for 4 years and was the assistant field hockey coach for 10 years. However, she was always heavily involved in the Mifflinburg Athletic programs as a Game Manager and supporter of all athletic programs. 

Danielle's family includes her husband, Jason, and two children, Cade and Troy. Jason has been a coached Mifflinburg football in some capacity since 1997 and has served as the head coach since 2009. Both of Danielle's boys have played football and baseball for Mifflinburg. Cade was a standout lineman and pitcher for the Wildcats, graduating in 2021. He attends Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond, VA where he plays Division I baseball for the Rams. Most recently, in 2021, his team won the Atlantic 10 Championship and qualified for the College World Series. Troy will graduate from Mifflinburg in 2023 and has committed to play Division I baseball for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. In the fall of 2021, Troy set the single-season passing record as the quarterback at Mifflinburg and in 2022, set the career passing record for the Wildcats.
