Hello and welcome to My Homepage.

This is my twelfth year teaching at Mifflinburg High School.  I grew up in Harrisburg, PA and graduated from Central Dauphin East High School.

I graduated from Lock Haven University in the spring of 2009 with a B.S. in Education with  Health and Physical Education certification. During my time at LHU, I attained minor degrees in: Community Health (organization/management); and Sport and Exercise Psychology.  I completed my Master's of Educational Leadership in 2016.

I believe that students should learn the skills and knowledge to make healthful decisions based on assessing the risks and consequences of behaviors. Additionally, I feel it is the job of the physical educator to encourage students to participate in activities which can be enjoyed throughout the lifetime.

I am also a co-class adviser for the Class of 2024. 

Be sure to keep track of your grade on E-schooldata.  I try to update grades regularly (usually weekly) to keep you notified of your current grade.
