  • Expectation for Snow Days

    December 16-18, 2020

    Students should look on Schoology for assignments.  Teachers will be checking to make sure students submit assignments by Monday, December 21, 2020.  If assignments are not submitted, students will be marked absent for that class.

  • Remote Instruction: Students are expected to attend classes through December 23rd and remote instruction will resume on January 4, 2021.

     

    In-Person Instruction:  Students will return to in-person instruction on January 11, 2021.  On Wednesdays, we will follow a 3- hour early dismissal schedule (1/2 day).

  • Keystone Testing has been postponed until January 2021.

    Students who were supposed to be tested in the Spring of 2020 will be tested in January 2021.

    Students who will be tested are those who completed Algebra I, Biology or Honors Biology, ELA 10 or Honors ELA 10 during the 2019-20 school year.

  • SAT Testing

    SAT Testing in 2021:

    • March 13 - the registration deadline is Feb 12

    • May 8 - the registration deadline is April 8

    • June 5 - the registration deadline is May 6

  • PSAT TESTING 1/26/2021

    The PSAT will be given at Mifflinburg High School on 1/26/2021.  The Guidance Counselors will provide information after Christmas Break and students will need to register and pay a registration fee to participate. 

    The PSAT is suggested for ninth and tenth grade students who receive gifted services.

      At Mifflinburg High School, all students have the opportunity to participate in various advanced placement level courses to meet their instructional needs.

      Non-traditional Options

      At Mifflinburg High School, all students have the following options available to them.

      • (Grades 9-12) Students may take one class per semester at Bucknell University (Dual enrollment)

      • (Grades 9-12) Students may take one class per semester at Susquehanna University (Dual enrollment)

      • (Seniors only) Students may participate in the ACE PROGRAM through Bloomsburg University

      • (Grades 11-12) Students may participate in the STEM MAGNET PROGRAM at Bloomsburg University (two year commitment)

      • (Seniors only)  Students may attend SUN Area Technical Institute in New Berlin to prepare for a vocational career.
